Services We Provide

We offer professional fence installation, repair, and replacement services in Tulare, CA and surrounding areas. Our services include wood, vinyl, chain-link, aluminum, pool, and commercial fencing. When you hire us, we commit to completing your project with quality materials and skilled workmanship.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for all projects. These estimates are based on the information you give us and our initial site assessment. Final pricing may change if we discover unforeseen conditions like underground utilities, difficult soil, or property line issues. We will always discuss any price changes with you before proceeding with additional work.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. Typically, we require a deposit before starting work and final payment upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Your project is not considered complete until full payment is received.

Permits and Property Lines

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits and verifying your property lines before we begin work. We can guide you on what permits may be needed, but you must handle the permit application process. If your project requires a property survey, you must provide it before installation begins.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or make significant changes to your project, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may result in charges for materials purchased and labor completed. We will work with you to find a fair solution.

Warranties

We stand behind our work. Our installation workmanship is warranted for one year from completion. Materials come with manufacturer warranties that vary by product. We will provide you with all warranty information for the materials used in your project.

Liability and Safety

We carry liability insurance to protect you and your property during our work. However, you are responsible for keeping children and pets away from the work area during installation. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that were not properly marked or disclosed before work began.

Weather and Delays

California weather is usually cooperative, but sometimes rain or extreme heat can delay fence installation. We will keep you informed if weather causes any schedule changes. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, permit issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns about our work, please contact us right away so we can address them. We want every customer to be completely satisfied. If we cannot resolve a dispute directly, we agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. These terms are governed by California law.
